FOOD & NUTRITIONS

 Kanata and Arnprior Heritage child care centres serve a morning and afternoon snack plus a nutritious lunch prepared fresh onsite daily by our in-house cooks. Menus are developed by our cooks, in consultation with Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating and the requirements of the Child Care and Early Years Act.

To view the menu, click on the download below. It will list the foods to be served on that given day. It also indicates the week in the cycle (e.g., week 1, 2, etc.).The following menus are subject to change without formal notice. This is due to the availability of some items. Menu changes will be posted at the center.
